How can I collaborate with Silversea Promociones?
At Silversea Promociones, we collaborate with local estate agencies and companies abroad that help people in the process of buying a property. What are the opening hours of the sales office?
We are open from Monday to Friday from 10h to 18h. Would you like to visit outside of these hours? Please let us know and we will be happy to set a meeting.

How long does it take to finish a property when bought off plan?
When you decide to buy a property off plan, the property can be delivered in 8 months.
Is there a show house?
Currently there is a showhouse for Nueva Daya Bungalows, Nueva Daya Villas and we will also have a showhouse for Amatista Garden in October 2019.
What is included in the price?
The price of the property includes swimming pool, light fittings, preinstallation for airconditioning, kitchen, and fully equipped bathrooms. The price does not include VAT (10%) machine for airconditioning, whitegoods and furniture.
Is it possible to get a mortgage on a property?
If you would like to obtain a mortgage in Spain for one of our properties, please let us know and we will help you with it.
